À quoi s'attendre : Anciennement connu sous le nom de mélange Signature, ce café est conçu comme un mélange d'espresso à base de lait. Attendez-vous à beaucoup de notes de chocolat et de caramel dans votre cappuccino équilibré avec une touche d'acidité et un arrière-goût persistant. Le mélange Vintage constitue également un excellent café filtre audacieux qui peut être apprécié toute la journée.
Laissez le café vieillir environ 10 jours à compter de la date de torréfaction pour de meilleurs résultats.
The Vintage has been my favourite from the times Eclipse was called Raw coffee and had only one small roastery in Canmore. The best coffee, worth ordering since we moved away.
When I first tasted Vintage blend, back when the company was Rave coffee, it was my go to as a home barista. It is still in my top 3 blends as I cycle through different local coffee roasters.
