The C Series is a brilliant addition to Timemore's line of coffee hand grinders. Some plastic components, including the internal body, keep cost down while making this grinder lightweight and increasing the capacity! Not to mention, the same excellent grind quality.
While the C2 model has the same sharp steel burrs as in the Timemore Slim and Nano hand grinders, the C3 model has Timemore's Spike-to-Cut (SC2) 660 burr set, based on the popular S2C 860 burrs in the Chestnut X.
Both models utilize a reliable spring mechanism to lock the inner burr into position, and ball bearings to hold the grind shaft in place, to ensure you're not losing even a little bit of grind quality. The well-designed handle connection gives this grinder series an exceptionally precise grind and a smooth turning handle with every rotation. Lastly, the new and improved grounds bin is lined with aluminum for greater durability and a static free grinding experience.
The Timemore Advanced Chestnut C2 Titanium comes in Gold and Black and is a top-of-the-line coffee grinder, built for high-quality grinds while maintaining the much-loved build and features of the standard Timemore C2. The burrs are coated with titanium, keeping them sharper for longer than standard steel burrs. Sharper and more durable burrs also allows the Chestnut C2 Advanced to improve on espresso grinds.
