WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
Eclipse Coffee Roasters offers free, Canada Post expedited shipping, for all orders over $75 in value within Canada (excluding remote locations). We are also now shipping across the world including destinations such as the US, Europe, Australia and many more. Unsure if you can get shipping to your destination? HOW OLD WILL MY COFFEE BE?
As part of our commitment to only shipping the best and freshest coffee possible we do not keep an inventory of roasted coffee. Instead when an order is received it will be roasted and shipped on the same or next day. We roast coffee Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so as long as we receive your order by 7am MST on Wednesday, we will have your coffee shipped that week. All orders received after this time will be roasted and shipped the following week.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you will be notified by email or via messenger when your order has been fulfilled and is on it's way to you. A tracking number for your package will be included within this message, however this tracking link can sometimes take a few hours to become active as it enters Canada Posts system so you may have to check back at a later time. We will also let you know when Canada Post attempts to make delivery of your order so you know when to check your mailbox.
CAN I DELAY MY ORDER?
Absolutely. If you are buying coffee or a subscription as a gift and would like that order delayed so that the recipient receives the order at a later date please send us a message at the time of order. Due to our commitment of trying to get coffee to you as soon as possible it is important that this is done at the time of order as it is sometimes possible that we can have you order on its way to you within a few hours.
I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST?
Occasionally things go wrong or packages go missing along their journey to you and we are always happy to help in anyway we can. Canada Post have been known to mark a package as delivered only for it arrive the following day so please wait 24 hours before contacting us about a missing package. If the package still hasn't arrived after this 24 hours then we are able to start a claim for you to try and figure out where your package may be. If the package arrived damaged then we can also start a claim for you, we will just need details of what was damaged along with photos to send to Canada Post. Once a claim has been successfully resolved we can send you another bag of coffee or offer up a refund for any damaged goods.
