WHEN CAN I PICKUP MY COFFEE?
The subscription will begin from the day that you make the order and will repeat every month for the duration of the subscription. Once the coffee has been roasted and packaged we will send you another email letting you know it's ready to collect.
WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE?
Once you subscription has been created you will access to your own customer admin portal when you login to our website. From here you can change your delivery schedule, type of coffee being delivered or even the amount of bags.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Subscriptions are set to automatically renew unless the gift selection box is selected at the time of purchase. However subscriptions can also be cancelled at the end of your subscription via your customer admin portal or by sending us an email before the subscription renews.
