What to expect: This blend is named after the old Ethiopian port of Mocha and the Indonesian port of Java, and as you may have guessed, contains coffee from these two regions. This blend is one of our darkest roasted coffees, just before second crack, and as a result is also one of our boldest. The Ethiopian coffee used in this blend has a nice acidity which balances out the bolder Sumatran coffee perfectly.
Allow coffee to age around 10 days from roast date for best results.
