Coffee from Las Lajas is always a treat and a coffee we have look forward to receiving every year. The lot we have opted for is a perla negra natural processed lot that has some dark fruit notes as well as some sweet fermentation notes. Expect notes of blackberry, cranberry and a smooth brown sugar sweetness.
