Le Chocolatier- Hot Chocolate
Cocoa powder, dark 56% Belgian chocolate, cane sugar, water, salt - with the additions of rowan berry extract and dextrose to stabilize it for ambient storage.
-Dextrose is a sugar in identical chemical structure to glucose (dextrose is used in IV drips), we have used a corn derived version (not from wheat).
-Rowan Berry extract is a natural food preservative and strong anti-microbial, used to replace chemical preservatives like sodium benzoit and others that have known negative health effects. It is naturally high in antioxidants.
